Meeting Schedule updates:
• Wednesday meeting that used to be in Bellevue has moved to 1046 West Lincoln Street, Papillion, NE 68046 in the field house. Second floor meeting room.
• Friday Omaha meeting has changed from 10:30 am to 1:00pm.
Service opportunities:
• Need a newsletter editor for the region (must have 6 months abstinence).
• World Service Business Conference is May 6-11 in Albuquerque; info on OA.org. We are in need of a rep. One year of abstinence and at least two years of service beyond the group level.
• If anyone is interested in chairing the retreat committee, please let your meeting rep know … or just come to IG in February!
Other Recovery opportunities:
• Super Saturday February 16 in Lincoln 10-2. Love Day! See attached for electronic copy of flyer. Bring your own lunch.
• Virtual region assembly Jan 18-20; see attached for more information. (not attached as it was past before it made it to the website.)
Information:
• Greater Heartland will be the new Intergroup name, to better reflect the geographical diversity of all our groups.
• Intergroup budget planning meeting is January 19. Meet at Scooters at the outlet mall in Gretna at noon. All are welcome.
